Murky x Sumfin - Izzi, JD X and Nala

Having both enjoyed a successful 2022, two of Cambridge's best collectives- Murky Sonics and Sumfin Sumfin- will be joining forces at the Orator Cellars on the 27th January to bring you sumfin murky! Alongside the usual faces, the event will be joined by some stellar local DJs. Top of the billing is Izzi, part of the Daytimers collective, who has established herself in both Cambridge and London's underground scenes. She'll be joined by JD X, part of the Eastern Margins collective, who has carved a name for himself down in London having played at multiple Keep Hush and will be making his Cambridge debut at this event. Finally, local legend Nala who's brought her sounds to DSCONNECT festival Rize Up events and more will be closing the night. This event will be a showcase of the UK's progressive and rich underground dance scene so expect everything from clinical techno to raw jungle, erratic breaks to dark dubstep. Tickets are available on FIXR for £5, with limited numbers also available on the door for £7. Last entry will be 11 pm. We're also pleased to announce 25% of profits will be going to Cambridge Cyrenians (https://cambridgecyrenians.org.uk) a local charity providing support and accommodation for homeless around the city.
