▬ Who are we? ▬ Travel Bear is a student-founded and student-led organisation that puts together awesome weekend trips from London. Our goal is simple: to take students and young professionals to explore stunning sites, palaces and landscapes all over the UK and beyond. Do it for the location. Do it for the memories. Do it for the new friends you are about to make and experiences. ▬ Where are we travelling to? ▬ PEAK DISTRICT Of Britain’s three better-known national parks (Snowdonia and the Lake District being the other two) the idyllic heartlands of Peak District could be said the most serene, leisurely and beautiful. There is so much to enjoy in the place affectionately known as ‘The Peaks’ and its surrounding areas. We will kick-off this trip with a hike through the winding marvel that is Winnats’ Pass to the top of Mam Tor (‘Mother of all hills’). Following our hike, we will settle in the beautiful countryside village of Castleton where you will get free time for a spot of lunch. On our way back to London, we will make a photo stop at Chatsworth House, famous for being the film location for Pride and Prejudice. ▬ How much does it cost? ▬ £45 ▬ What is included? ▬ ✓ Private return coach travel. ✓ Tour Leader-led hike up Mam Tor. ✓ Free Time at Castleton. ✓ Photo Stop at Chatsworth House. ▬ What time does the coach leave? ▬ 6:00AM ▬ Departure Point ▬ Elizabeth Bridge SW1 (opposite Victoria Coach Station). ▬ Things to Note ▬ ● Deadline to buy tickets is 20 September unless it is sold-out before then. ● The Tour is guaranteed once it reaches a sale of 30. If the threshold is not attained, refunds will be issued minus the booking fee. ● Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable. But you are free to sell your ticket onto anyone over the age of 16. ● Our Tours are open to everyone. You do not have to be a student.
