Kargo Presents - CJ Mackintosh, Groove Assassin @ decks, Sheffield

After the huge success of our monthly Kargo event, We're taking over SteelYard Kelham on Saturday 25th June for a "Kargo, Summer Special"......... And what better way to kick this event off but to have the legend himself CJ Mackintosh headline our 1st day/nighter. For those that know their house music will know how important CJ is to the scene. From his residency in the early days of the Ministry of Sound, pioneering US house music to UK dance floors. To his countless productions and remixes, and guest slots at all over the world. We are indeed, very humbled to have him playing our event. Alongside CJ on the event, is the mighty Groove Assassin. Soulful house aficionado, DJ & producer. Nick was our 1st guest in March for our regular monthly outing. His set tore the house down and we couldn't wait to have back on the bill.... say no more. Kargo stable mates Andy Wadlow & Rudi keep the vibe going and in check. Whilst "My House" & "Love 2 Be" resident Craig Watt, a.k.a. "Watty" joins us to make his Kargo debut. Last but not least, Jem also makes his Kargo debut dropping all things soulful & disco. He will be starting up the event and getting you in the mood for what's to follow...
