Juggling and Flow - FREE beginners session. All thing circus: juggling, poi flow, hula-hooping, acro-yoga, etc. We will be running 15min long sessions for complete beginners, so join us anytime and embrace the falls, rolls and running after the balls! Learn some flows, practice balancing acts and try out acro-yoga. New-bees --> discover a new, fun way to practice your balance, focus and dexterity. Experienced --> share your skills and knowledge, and meet other circus enthusiasts Come as you are, or bring along your clubs, balls, pois, hula-hoops, etc. All levels welcome. There will also be few opportunities for passing with experienced jugglers. One rule: be kind.
