Join Glasgow University Yoga Club for a special class dedicated to Movember. Our brilliant teacher Sessy will lead us through 60 Sun Salutations. A test of endurance to represent and remember the 60 men lost every hour to suicide globally. You don't need a gym membership or yoga membership to part-take, this activity is open to anyone. Remember to wear gym clothes, bring plenty water and a yoga mat (if you have one). We are trying to source some yoga mats as well so keep an eye on our socials for updates. We hope to see you there! All ticket proceeds from this event are donated directly to the Movember Foundation.
