FMS x Hip Hop Soc: In Conversation with Alvaro Barrington

Join us on Thursday 13th March at 6pm in the Plumb Auditorium at Christ's College for a conversation with Alvaro Barrington. We will be speaking to Alvaro about Modernist Painting, 90's hip hop, building a career and taking on the commercial artwork, the feeling of carnival, and big art audiences. Barrington held a large commission in Tate Britain last year, had had solo exhibits across the globe, has created work as part of both Glastonbury and the Notting Hill Carnival, and is one of the biggest living artists today!
