EC presents MAMMA MIA at The Lodge, Duxford

Cambridge's Home of Outdoor Cinema Enchanted Cinema presents MAMMA MIA (PG) Doors open 18:30 PM - Film 20:00 PM Enchanted Cinema is back for its 7th year of inner-city cinematic magic. They return this year to one of their favourite venues, Duxford Lodge, a boutique hotel on the outskirts of Cambridge. The Lodge, Duxford is an independent, boutique hotel based in South Cambridgeshire. After an extensive refurbishment in 2018, the hotel has been developed into a superb destination for locals, holidaymakers and business entrepreneurs. Enchanted Cinema are all about creating an original and vibrant cinema scene that offers an exciting way to watch a great film. Expect to be wowed by a short film before each screening, light installations and live music from local artists. The area will open to guests an hour and a half before the screening, for customers to get choose their deckchairs (first come first served) and we will be getting ready for the live music performance from local artists. Serving up popcorn, cutting brownies and getting hot water bottles at the ready. We will always have hot food offerings from either the venue we are at or a local food vendor that will be pre-advertised on our social media pages. Hot water bottles and blankets are available to hire at these events but we also encourage customers to wrap up and bring appropriate warmth if needed. We are after all an outdoor event in England and a rain-or-shine one at that. Unless we are worried about the weather and its potential dangers, we shall go ahead, a little drizzly never hurt anyone but if it goes against our risk assessment we shall reschedule, cancel or refund the event.
