EVERYONE IS WELCOME :) ▬ Where are we travelling to? ▬ HOLY ISLAND x BAMBURGH CASTLE x BERWICK-UPON-TWEED This Day Tour is one of the more extraordinary ones on our calendar. In the year 635AD, Saint Aidan was dispatched from Iona to Lindisfarne (Holy Island), by King Oswald, with a mission to spread Christianity. When he got there, he built a monastery and a few years later, a castle followed. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne is a tidal island, meaning we will be crossing the causeway only when the tide is low (think Moses parting the Red Sea). The whole experience as well as the breathtaking sights will blow you away. From Lindisfarne, we visit the serene village of Bamburgh before ending our tour at the Scottish Borders, specifically the town of Berwick-upon-Tweed which lies on the dividing line between England and Scotland. If you have a visiting boyfriend, girlfriend, partner, sibling or acquaintance, do not hesitate to bring them along. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!! ▬ Can I get a refund once I have bought a ticket? ▬ No. All tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable.
