To support you through exam week we've invited in Art Therapist, Cleo Jones, to hold space for you to take a break from revision, recharge and focus on your wellbeing. Creative Journaling is a visual journal, and just like a written journal, it's a place to record your thoughts, memories, and emotions using images, collage art materials and words. Each Creative Journaling for Wellbeing workshop will introduce the techniques of Creative Journaling as a tool for wellbeing. There will be some simple breathwork practices at the beginning and end, with lots of creativity in the middle. There is no expectation for you to have any creative experience more to have an open mind and willingness to have a go.
