Constantine Cannon Art Law Lecture: Legal Issues that affect Artists and their practice with art lawyer, Mona Yapova, and founder of DADA Gallery and DADA Magazine, Oyinkansola Dada. This lecture will address opportunities and challenges for emerging artists in early career stages. It will present legal, commercial, and cultural perspectives on how artists themselves, their galleries, collectors and teams can successfully navigate the early stages of success in the current global market. The speakers will discuss how to build strong and sustainable foundations for collaborations and projects, ensure the longevity of an artist’s presence in the market, and build engaged and long-lasting networks of supporters.
