Circuits with Hazel

This is a one-hour fitness class which will be held in the Lemon Grove. Please arrive around 5 minutes before the start of the class to collect any equipment and for us to check tickets. Please notify the instructor if you have any injuries and just take things at your own pace. If you have any accessibility requirements then please let us know prior to the class.
