Choral Evensong at the University Chapel

Choral Evensong is a Christian service with music at its heart. This 470-year-old service is sung in Churches, Cathedrals and Chapels at the mid-point between day and night, and is an uplifting mix of hymns, readings, prayers and inspiring pieces from our Chapel choir. If you're new to the Uni (or even if you're not!) whatever your background or religious tradition, how about trying out Evensong at the Chapel? It's a great mid-week pick-me-up. The service lasts around 45 minutes and is followed by Pimms (and non-alcoholic fizz) on the Chapel piazza. Are you a singer? If so, please do come along early, at 16.00, and you can join in with the choir!
