There will be feathers, there will be heels, there will be glitter, there will be face-painting. On Saturday, 19th November, the spirit of Carnival comes to Plush. Stuck for what to wear?  Dare to bare, with headdresses, costumes, boas, shorter-than-short-shorts and heels that make you tower over the crowd.
