Beginners - 1pm Thursday

13:00 - 14:00 Thursday 23/03/2023 This week in Beginners we will be covering: Side spin / Ballet hook into front hook combo / Snake sit / Chair spin- pike legs variation We will be teaching some basic moves for people who are beginner level or have never tried pole before. These classes are taught by 3 committee members, with 3 poles. One of these poles will be silicone; these suits individuals who prefer to wear more clothes (e.g., leggings).
