About

We are over the moon to be announcing our next earthshaking event, in collaboration with LOW END. We've locked down some serious selectas from the likes of NEW WORLD AUDIO. Representing the label will be founders DJ SQUAREWAVE + SUKH KNIGHT, who've called in the talents of bassweight mastermind Cimm, and support from NUPHLO . We've also got a real production Picasso, the classical, clinical Opus. up for the session. With sonic excellence once again provided by the mighty Sinai Sound System, this one is set to shake Blueberry Hill Studios right to the foundations. DJ SQUAREWAVE London born and UK based DJ Squarewave has been involved in the music scene since the age of 16. Along with friend Shandy, and brother Sukh Knight, a new collective flourished in 2006 called Nasha Experience. They released multiple records from 2008 onwards, culminating with winning the "Best Alternative Act" at the UK Asian Music Awards in 2011. Since then, Squarewave has released tracks on labels such as Boka Records, Hench Recordings, Moonshine Records, and has music licensed to Ministry of Sound and Rinse FM. 2010 saw the start of his own record label New World Audio - now on to its 34th release - and growing stronger with each record. SUKH KNIGHT Considered a dark knight by many, and hailing from East London, Sukh Knight has released with labels such as New World Audio, True Tiger Recordings, Stripes Records, Nebula Music Group, Nasha Records and Hench Recordings. He has been producing deep, dark, and rolling Grime & Dubstep since the early days. Sukh’s more recent releases see him incorporating drum & bass and hip-hop influences into his sound. CIMM Hailing from Northwest London, Cimm has establish himself as a key player in the recent years of the Dubstep scene. With releases on Tempa, Youngsta's Sentry Records and J:Kenzo's Artikal Music UK, he continues his voyage in representing the Dubstep/Grime sound. His sound is very reggae and hip hop influenced and of course is heavily focused on bass. OPUS Born and raised in the rural countryside of North Wales, Opus has a somewhat atypical story for somebody making waves in the UK dubstep scene. Opus began studying classical music from the age of 7, playing first the violin and then the viola. Excelling in the early stages of his musical development, he went on to study at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, graduating in 2018. Releases on some of the most influential labels in the UK dubstep scene have cemented Opus's reputation as one of the most forward-thinking artists of the new wave, with EPs on White Peach Records, Crucial Recordings and most recently a forthcoming 3 track EP on seminal label Chestplate. NUPHLO Nuphlo's style is a delicate balance of eastern melodies, innovative beats and low subs. This tightrope approach to production has lead to a string of Vinyl, CD and MP3 releases on record labels both sides of of the cultural spectrum. In short, Nuphlo's music represents multicultural cohesion. Much of Nuphlo's inspiration comes from Asian underground music. From artists such as Black Star Liner, TJ Rehmi and Badmarsh & Shri. Nuphlo's creative vision is to combine the essence of this music and contemporize it in the form of Jungle, DnB, Footwork and post-Dubstep.
