Moonrise Winter Warmer

Moonrise is back for our first dance of this academic year, returning to our favourite venue, Yellow Arch Studios, with a two room 'Moonrise Winter Warmer' to once again raise money and awareness for Irise. For this edition we've got some serious talent from our long-standing friends and collaborators Pretty Pretty Good as well as from GRL., La Rumba, Mango Disco and UK Mondo Radio. If that wasn't enough for you then Peachy UK will also be hosting the Café area for us this time around. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ In the main Venue space you can expect an eclectic mix of groovy, electronic and percussive latin, afro-beat and globally-inspired rhythms, along with the usual Moonrise funk and disco classics from this dreamy lineup of talented local DJs (A-Z)... Colecta (UK Mondo Radio) Empress (Mango Disco) Román Rocha (La Rumba) Smorsli (Pretty Pretty Good) + Sheffield University Samba Band will again be bringing the energy with another one of their famous live performances! In the intimate Café area Peachy UK will be taking control of proceedings and adding a more bass focussed twist. They'll be lending us their razor-sharp expertise on only the very best of dubstep, grime and UK funky with the following all-star lineup (A-Z)...
