LMBall 2022: Cirque de la Lune

Join us for a night of wonder and mystery on April the 30th 2022 as we delve into LMBall 2022: Cirque de la Lune. LMH Member tickets: - Please purchase your tickets using your university email ending in @lmh.ox.ac.uk for verification purposes. Anyone found to have dishonestly purchased tickets will have their ticket cancelled and will not be refunded. - Bring Bod Card to the event to prove your LMH status - 1 ticket per person LMH alumni tickets: - Please only purchase if you are an alumnus of LMH, as there will be separate entry times and opportunities for alumni to mingle and catch up - 1 ticket per person General release: - Everyone welcome! - 1 ticket per person * Entry conditions * - Wristbands will be provided upon entry and are to be worn at all times - No re-entry once admitted - COVID passports and photographic ID required: no under 18s! (and Bod Card if LMH Member ticket purchased) ** Guest tickets ** - Anyone who purchases an LMH member/alumni ticket is granted priority to purchase one guest ticket at General Release price - Every ticket purchaser will be emailed at 10am on 28/01/22 (2 hours before general release) with a private link to buy one general release ticket before the public sale at 12pm - no under 18s allowed *** Ticket transfers and Refunds *** We are not allowing refunds apart for exceptional circumstances such as testing positive for COVID-19. In this case, please get in contact with us via [email protected]. Ticket transfers are permitted until the deadline, which is midnight on 15/04/22. The resale of the ticket is up to the individual ticketholder, the Ball Committee is not responsible for this. Popular ways to resell are via Facebook on the Oxtickets group or on JCR pages. Please find the Ticket Transfer feature on the Fixr app, where you should be able to transfer the ticket across to the new recipient. Ticket transfers of any kind are allowed, e.g. LMH member to someone who is not a current LMH student. - Past the deadline, we are unable to allow ticket transfers: do not resell tickets as your name must match that of the ticket or you will not be admitted.
