The second of many freshers week event announcements 🎉 Dazed are bringing Drum & Bass legend to Macky Gee & UKG hot shot Sammy Virji to Motion Bristol! Individual tickets start from £10 or available as part of your welcome week wristband! What to expect: - The finest DJ's & Live performances - World-class production 💥 - 2,000 of your fellow students😎 - A night to remember We want our student community and staff to feel supported, confident and safe when running and attending events. We also want to be able to deliver a full programme of events and services throughout the academic year to enhance the student experience. This is why, in line with university policy, we are retaining some Covid-19 measures and will be asking attendees to either: Show evidence of a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours prior to the event and register the results here. Lateral flow tests are available for free online, at UWE info points, at The Students’ Union and in most pharmacies OR Show an NHS Covid Pass, that you can obtain if you have received a full course of vaccination (usually a double dose) OR if you have proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for Covid-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test. More information on how to get your NHS Covid Pass This will apply to large-scale events (over 300 people), however, those attending smaller events will be subject to spot checks, so please be prepared. We encourage you also to test again following the event.
