Tuesday 10th December - Colwick Hall Your hall Residential Tutors cordially invite you to the annual Christmas Formal Ball Your ticket includes: - Return coach travel (provided by your SU Hall Committee – times TBC) - Drink on arrival - Italian inspired buffet* - Half a bottle of wine per person (or non-alcoholic alternative) - Live jazz band - DJ and disco Dress code = Smart You are welcome to arrive at 7pm. Event concludes at 11pm. Cash bar also available at the venue throughout the night. This is for the after party only including bus travel to the venue & entry. You are responsible for making your own way back from the venue. Your SU Hall Committee have organised a private hire of Alto for a Snow Ball afterparty - we have a private roof terrace & can promise it will "snow!" *Dietary requirements such as Vegan, Gluten, Dairy will be accommodated within the standard buffet offering. Items will be clearly labelled. Please speak to a member of catering staff on the night if you are unsure of what is available for your needs. Please make catering staff aware of allergies on the night. Note: Students arriving at the event already intoxicated will not be permitted entry and sent home. Please drink responsibly for the duration of the event as drunk or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the event
