Slipped Disc has emerged as one of the most popular student nights in Cambridge. Since its beginnings in 2018, we’ve been riding the wave of resurgent love for disco and 80s house music whilst drawing parallels in contemporary techno and house. Hosting artists such as O'Flynn, Hammer, Adryiano, Demuja, Crazy P and Bellaire, we’ve continually tried to stretch the standard of student events with sets that keep you grooving late into the night. Our resident DJs are no exception to this ethos. Alongside hosting headliners, our priority has always been to platform talented student DJs. We are very excited to now have a space to do this every Sunday during term time at Mash. With a newly fitted sound system, cheap drinks and a rooftop terrace, it’s an all inclusive package that doesn’t disappoint. Our residents Swarbs and Iphi have a wealth of experience on the Cambridge club scene. Expect an energetic mix of indulgent disco anthems cut with handpicked house gems, with a healthy dose of jazzy breaks and bouncy techno beats in the later hours. We know Cambridge has been waiting for a Sunday night destination and Slipped Disc is the answer.
