Terms & Conditions. The £5 booking fee will be returned at point of purchase of your first drinks order. All tables are only available in 2 hour time slots. Please help & respect the following customers booked in at the venue by leaving the table & premise at the end time of your booking. When booking please note the maximum number of people allowed on your table (4 or 6) under no circumstances will further people be allowed to join your group. At the end of your time slot the venue will be dispersed, sanitised and reset for the following guests. If a group has booked two times slots together, they will still be required to disperse from the table & premise whilst the sanitation commences. All groups must arrive at the venue together, entry will not be permitted to any individual arriving separate from the named person at point of booking. Any group arriving 15 minutes after their time slot will loose their booking and deposit. If a group does arrive late, the time lost will not be added to their time slot and the group will have to leave the venue at the time stated on their booking. All children must be accompanied by an adult and the responsibility of the child lies with the adult they have arrived with. Anyone serving a ban from the venue prior to the pandemic are not welcome at the premise. The management retain the right to refuse entry regardless of booking. All customers, in-line with track & trace information requested by the Government will have to supply their names and contact details once seated at the venue. These details will be kept by the venue for 21 days in coordination with GDPR and Government guidelines.
