Setting up an Arts Business- Courtauld Law Society

The Courtauld Law Society is proud to launch its first autumn event “Setting Up an Arts Business” which will take place on Thursday, 9 November. Rudy Capildeo will discuss the various corporate and commercial issues to consider when setting up an arts business and how best to protect yourself and your business from risk, including the best legal form the business should adopt, the contracts you should put in place and the brand protection you may wish to consider. The event will take place in Room F44 in the New Wing of Somerset House starting at 6.30pm, followed by complimentary drinks after the talk.
