| | | 10 Years of Freerange Tour - Nottingham | | | It’s been quite a journey over the years for Freerange. From our inception in Oxford at the O2 Academy and The Cellar from 2008 onwards, to our spiritual home in Brighton at Sticky Mike’s and at Patterns from 2013, onto our second home in Bristol in 2015, we feel very privileged to be where we are. We’ve done parties all over the country and we are honoured to still be bringing events to you all this time later. A big thanks is in order to all who have danced with us over the years, everyone who has performed at an event and those who have helped to promote or run one of our shows. It’s a story that couldn’t have been written without you all. Salute! As we rapidly approach our 10th year of operating we have spent the last few months hard at work curating a tour to celebrate all things Freerange. Some of the line ups on the tour are amongst the best we’ve ever put together and as it’ll be our 10th birthday next year we are running 10 events in 10 different cities in a 10 week period to celebrate. ∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞ ∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞ We touch down in Nottingham for the first time to bring you one of the weightiest line ups on the tour. Up first is one of dubstep's biggest names in the form of Caspa. Responsible for one of the most famous Fabriclive mixes that really brought dubstep into the mainstream. He's back on the deep 140 business and we can't wait to host him in Nottingham. Next up is Coki. One half of DMZ and a musician who needs little introduction. The genius behind some of 140s most recognised riddims and a Freerange favourite we're looking forward to bringing him to the I Club. Another legendary figure in the 140 scene joins us in the shape of Joker. Off the back of one of best releases of 2017 in the form of the Mad Night EP we're delighted to have him behind the decks at this one. Last but most certainly not least, we welcome Egoless for his Nottingham debut to round off the bill. His eclectic and distinctive sound has taken the dubstep scene by storm. Empire of Dirt is arguably one of the most remarkable 140 tunes in it's sound design, with a forthcoming release on Deep Medi likely to feature this tune his stock will only rise as the year goes on.
