We’re bringing you a whole new concept for Socially Distanced Freshers Week and beyond! OC team up with Vodka Revolution for the first time to present a socially distanced student party with a touch of class, in one of Sheffield’s finest venues. Vodka Revolution is located in the West One Plaza at the top of West Street, in the heart of Sheffield’s nightlife district. The venue boasts loads of beautiful booths and seating areas, which makes it the perfect place to host a socially distanced party in times like these. Expect first class service from the moment you walk through the doors, as you’re shown to your table where you’ll be able to enjoy delicious but dangerous 2-4-1 cocktails with your squad. Tickets on sale 14.09.20 at 6pm. ------------------------------------------ BOOKINGS You can purchase your table through the link below. COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES & GUIDELINES 1. On arrival please see your host who will take you to your table. 2. On arrival please use the hand sanitiser station and continue to use the hand sanitiser stations located around the venue where appropriate. 3. Please follow the social distancing signage on arrival and throughout your visit. 4. Your group size cannot exceed 6 people. 5. If you are wearing a face mask when you visit us, please keep it with you throughout. Should you wish to dispose of it please use the bins indicated. 6. Please avoid hugging and close contact with others and please sit with the group you arrived with at all times. 7. If you are queuing for the toilets, please respect the social distancing guidelines and give people their personal space. 8. Please do not move any of the furniture in the venue, the furniture is located correctly to manage the capacity of the event and maintain safe distancing between groups. 9. Payments should be made by contactless payment (up to £45) where possible or using the card machine's chip and pin functionality. 10. If you require extra assistance, we will aim to offer this where we can. If you have special requirements, please speak to a member of our team and they will aim to assist you, alternatively, you can contact us before the event to make arrangements. 11. If you have any of the symptoms related to COVID-19 or feel ill please stay at home for your safety and ours, the same applies if you have suffered in the past 14 days from any of the symptoms related to COVID-19. 12. Please follow the government guidance and wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds. 13. Please observe social distancing guidelines when queueing to enter the venue. 14. When your sitting time has ended, please leave the venue promptly through the signposted exit. 15. Upon exiting the venue, please vacate the vicinity promptly. 16. We reserve the right to remove individuals or groups from the venue if they aren't following guidelines. 17. If you are unable to attend this event due to the onset of Covid-19 symptoms, you will be able to reschedule your ticket for an OC event at a later date of your choosing. 18. You must arrive at the venue with your whole group.
