We didn't think this would be possible, but we have done everything in our power to bring you your weekly dose of Hallamnation! It's official, Hallamnation makes its comeback with a string of socially distanced events starting Wednesday the 23rd September. It would have been right if we couldn't get Hallamnation open for freshers week as we know what this night represents to so many. Your Wednesday nights are about to level up once again! Hallamnation has a special place in every Hallam student's heart, and is the official night out for many societies week in week out! Whether you're a first-year, second-year or third-year, you'll make sure you never miss this party once you've attended it. The event takes place every Wednesday across 3 floors at one of the most reputable clubs in Sheffield, Crystal Bar! Expect a different music policy on each floor, bringing a whole new dynamic to the party! COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES & GUIDELINES COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES & GUIDELINES 1. On arrival please see your host who will take you to your table. 2. On arrival please use the hand sanitiser station and continue to use the hand sanitiser stations located around the venue where appropriate. 3. Please follow the social distancing signage on arrival and throughout your visit. 4. Your group size cannot exceed 6 people. 5. If you are wearing a face mask when you visit us, please keep it with you throughout. Should you wish to dispose of it please use the bins indicated. 6. Please avoid hugging and close contact with others and please sit with the group you arrived with at all times. 7. If you are queuing for the toilets, please respect the social distancing guidelines and give people their personal space. 8. Please do not move any of the furniture in the venue, the furniture is located correctly to manage the capacity of the event and maintain safe distancing between groups. 9. Payments should be made by contactless payment (up to £45) where possible or using the card machine's chip and pin functionality. 10. If you require extra assistance, we will aim to offer this where we can. If you have special requirements, please speak to a member of our team and they will aim to assist you, alternatively, you can contact us before the event to make arrangements. 11. If you have any of the symptoms related to COVID-19 or feel ill please stay at home for your safety and ours, the same applies if you have suffered in the past 14 days from any of the symptoms related to COVID-19. 12. Please follow the government guidance and wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds. 13. Please observe social distancing guidelines when queueing to enter the venue. 14. When your sitting time has ended, please leave the venue promptly through the signposted exit. 15. Upon exiting the venue, please vacate the vicinity promptly. 16. We reserve the right to remove individuals or groups from the venue if they aren't following guidelines. 17. If you are unable to attend this event due to the onset of Covid-19 symptoms, you will be able to reschedule your ticket for an OC event at a later date of your choosing. ........................................................................................................
