Therefore, in the unfortunate case that our freshers events do not take place on the set date due to nightclubs/bars still remaining closed: - We will postpone the event until a later date (when nightclubs/bars are reopened & it is safe for us all to party) & your ticket will still be valid for that date. If we are forced to cancel the event, we will issue a FULL refund on any ticket or wristband you have purchased. VERY IMPORTANT RULES Tickets are sold as a package – YOU CAN’T HAVE FREE ENTRY TO THE NIGHTCLUB IF YOU DON’T TAKE THE COACH. Tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable up to 24 hrs before the event– should you wish to exchange it please contact us via email or social media The staff reserve the right to refuse entry if you are turning up to the coach too drunk Alcohol is allowed on the coach but please be responsible, we recommend you bring plastic bottles and cans ONLY, the driver reserve the right to refuse any glass bottles on the coach. Please follow our covid related regulations during our Party Bus, including: - Prior to boarding the coach, a member of staff may take your temperature using a contactless infrared thermometer. A high temperature is one of the main symptoms of Covid-19. You may be refused travel if you provide a temperature reading of 38C or higher, or refuse to have your temperature taken. - Due to the new restrictions, masks are now a legal requirement in the Party Bus, due to the updated government requirements regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. - To help with social distancing and to avoid overcrowding, please do not arrive at your departure point more than 15 minutes in advance of your booked journey time.
