If you weren’t already buzzing with excitement for Sheffield Freshers Week 2022, you will be now We haven’t sold out 11 consecutive freshers weeks without pushing some boundaries and this year we’ve gone all out to make it the biggest and best Sheffield Freshers Week to date! Without further ado, here is your Organised Chaos Sheffield Freshers Week 2022 lineup so far… Event 1: The Sheffield Freshers Street Rave - The Official Sheffield Freshers Week Opening Party! This is one of the craziest parties Sheffield has ever seen, and it gets bigger, crazier and more spectacular year after year. We are literally closing off an ENTIRE STREET for this party and getting over 4000 of you together with free-flowing access to 4 of Sheffield’s best venues. This is the ONLY way to start your time in Sheffield. We guarantee your jaw will hit the floor as you turn the corner onto a street full of freshers, clubs, bars, performers, insane installations, freebies and more, all for YOU to enjoy. And that’s only day 1… Event 2: The Sunken Opening Party at FØRGE - Sheffield’s Most Loved Student Night On night two, you will experience the Opening Party of Sheffield’s most loved student night, Sunken at a brand new and incredible venue. Every Monday, over 1000 students gather for Sunken. House, tech, dance anthems, this is an event guaranteed to have you dancing ’til close at 4:30am every week. Sunken is now based at the truly breathtaking FØRGE, a brand new warehouse space reincarnated from its past life as a Victorian steel forge. This is a student night that continually hits new heights. For 33 weeks of every year, Sunken makes Monday the best day of the week, hosting a sell-out crowd for unmissable themed parties that live long in the memory. The Opening Party is the craziest, most exclusive Sunken of the year, but the good news is, your wristband gets you access to it! Event 3: The Tribeca Freshers Showcase At Viper Rooms The Viper Rooms is an adult playground of debauchery, recently upgraded in a quarter of a million pound refund to become quite possibly the most Instagrammably beautiful venue you’ve ever seen. Every Tuesday, Organised Chaos take it over to present Tribeca, a night of affordable glitz, glam and luxury. Frequently attended by famous faces, Tribeca has long been renowned as one of the best Tuesday night events in the country and you’re invited to the biggest one of the year, the Freshers Showcase! Ball on a budget with £1.50 vodka mixers, £25 bottles of vodka and 2-4-1 cocktails all night long across two floors and dance to the sounds of Sheffield’s best Hip Hop, RnB and commercial DJs. Event 4: The Hallamnation Block Party You can bet that the whole of Hallam will be attending this one. Sheffield Hallam’s only official weekly party kicks off its 11th year with the unmissable Hallamnation Block Party. 5 venues will come together to host over 4000 students for this one, giving you your first taste of the midweek madness that is Hallamnation. Expect fancy dress, crazy themes, society & sports team socials, music policies to cater to every taste and an anything-goes atmosphere that you will instantly fall in love with. There’s no bigger Wednesday night party in the city, always guaranteed to sell out but your wristband guarantees you entry! Event 5: Treble at Code Your new favourite night of the week lands at Code this September. Every Thursday, Sheffield’s two biggest student party brands, Organised Chaos Events & Code team up to present two packed out rooms of music that is guaranteed to get you moving, grooving and singing your heart out. Oh, and we’re introducing £3 Treble Vodka Mixers to really get the fun times rock and rolling. In room 1, we’re going to be spinning the biggest indie, alternative, and rock & roll hits all night long. In room 2 you can expect nothing but music to get you moving with a non-stop mix of bangers covering house, disco and everything in between. As well as the music, you can expect another level of production every week with crazy decor, entrancing light shows, confetti storms, Co2 blasts, live performers, tasty giveaways and a hell of a lot more. Treble is going to be a revolution for Thursday nights in Sheffield and you’re invited! Event 6: The Socialite Freshers Showcase at Crystal If you love RnB, Hip Hop or Afrobeats then you are sure to love this one! Socialite at Crystal has been Sheffield’s biggest Friday night student party for the last 7 years with over 1000 attendees weekly. An event that has attracted the likes of Mossback, Yxng Bane, Nathan Dawe, KSI, Dappy and even Deontay Wilder! This is the ultimate party to kickstart your weekend. Three floors of the hottest tunes, the best Friday night crowd, and insanely good Friday night drinks deals. Welcome to the weekend! Event 7: Top Floor Fridays at House of Hugo A brand new Friday night student party on the top floor of Crystal, aka House of Hugo. An intimate space, perfect for an exclusive and wild party to kick off the weekend. Every Friday, DJ Chris Rowe brings the heat with a mix of the hottest Hip Hop, RnB and UK sounds. They say it’s lonely at the top, but not on a Friday as a sell-out crowd of like-minded party people gather for an intimate and insane party to get the weekend started. This one is all about the music, the people and the energy. We’ll see you on the Top Floor. Event 8: The SCENE Freshers Closing Party at Onyx & Fez SCENE is your Saturday night hot spot, where extravagance meets showmanship and a weekly sell out crowd of students descend to experience something that is far beyond a normal night out. SCENE makes every Saturday night an experience, set in the new and beautiful Onyx nightclub. For the Freshers Closing Party, we’re taking over the adjoined club, the legendary electronic music venue, Fez, to present two rooms of absolute chaos. We’re ending the craziest week of your life on a high with this one. Hip Hop & RnB in room 1, House & Dance Anthems in room 2, and a whole lot of spectacular performances, decor, pyrotechnics and more going on in between. Sheffield Freshers Week 2022 Refund Policy Purchase your wristband as early as possible, safe in the knowledge that if you don't get into the Sheffield university of your choosing, we will refund your purchase in full. The terms and conditions of our refund policy are as follows: 1. Your ticket purchase must have been on or before 17.08.22. 2. You must send us UCAS evidence of your university change, deferral or unsuccessful application along with one form of photo ID. 3. It can take up to 2 weeks for us to process your refund after receipt of your refund request. 4. For all refund requests, please email [email protected] using the subject line "Sheffield Freshers Week Refund". 5. You must request your refund on or before 01.09.22. Postponements & Cancellations In the extremely unlikely event of an event postponement, your ticket will be valid for the revised event date. In the extremely unlikely event of an event cancellation, your ticket will be refunded in full.
