Sierra de Andújar National Park

Sierra de Andújar

About

Come join us in our search for one of the most endangered wild cats in the world, the Iberian lynx! On this trip, we'll visit Sierra de Andújar National Park, a 75,000 hectare expanse of rolling rocky hills, oak forests, and babbling streams. On our full-day jeep safari, expert guides will help us spot Spain's most beautiful animals - eagles, deer, wild boar, vultures, otters; these are just a handful of the species we might encounter. There is one animal we seek more than any other: the magnificent Iberian lynx, one of the planet’s most elusive felines. Sierra de Andújar is its last stronghold, and to maximise our chances of seeing it we will be visiting during the peak of the mating season! This ticket will cover the costs of your safari, two nights accommodation in a beautiful rural cottage, and transport in the ZooSoc Mobile. Spaces are extremely limited, so if you’re interested we would advise booking as soon as possible!
