Welcome to our first Wellbeing Café of the new academic year! Our Wellbeing Cafe's run regularly throughout the year so please do look out for future events!
Our cafes provide a safe and inclusive space for students to get together, enjoy some of the beverages and snacks provided and connect with a community that support's and encourages better wellbeing!
Each café will host a different activity, whether that be a relaxing craft activity or a gentle walk around campus - we hope this will be a space for you to relax, try something new and even maybe learn a new skill!
This week to celebrate the start of term, the activity will be focused around creating your own Wellbeing Box - something to keep with you throughout your time at University and fill with things to boost you, soothe you and motivate you! Lots of wellbeing-related goodies will be on offer for you to fill your box as you please and the workshop will provide the opportunity to decorate your box, connect with other students during the Welcome 2024-25 period and have some tasty treats at the same time!
The number of tickets available for this event is: 40. Tickets will be released in two stages so don't worry if you miss out on our first release!
First Release: 5 July, 12:00
Second Release: 15 August, 12:00
The venue is wheelchair accessible, has access to basic seating, an accessible toilet and designated quiet space. There is car parking available next to the venue, including blue badge parking.
