This workshop will delve into the benefits of and rationale behind laughter, followed by a full Laughter Yoga playfulness session, finishing with a guided visualisation exercise and relaxation techniques.
This event will provide a safe and inclusive space for you whilst you're transitioning into university life and help you meet some new people along the way!
