SALSA CLASSES & COURSES FOR BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE LEVELS. EVERY WEDNESDAY. 8.30PM – 10.00PM. Come and join our Salsa community at our new location where you can socialise, exercise, get fit and learn a new dance with top qualify and experience Latin instructors. SCHEDULE 8.30pm – 9.30pm BEGINNERS CUBAN SALSA (level 1). Created Especially for Complete Beginners Explore the fundamentals of Cuban Salsa, including: technique, timing, body isolation, and the skills of leading and following. INTERMEDIATES CUBAN SALSA (level 2). The program covers essential social dance patterns along with partner fundamentals, the ‘lead-follow’ concept, posture, effective communication of common dance movements, and a solid understanding of musicality. 9.30pm – 10.00pm DANCE PRACTICE. COMPLETE BEGINNERS WELCOME…NO PARTNER NEEDED!
