❄️ UOETC CHRISTMAS DINNER 2024 ❄️

❄️ The UOETC Christmas Dinner 2024 is upon us! ❄️ 🎾 On Wednesday the 4th December we will be gathering at the Mercure Rougemont Hotel for an unforgettable black-tie night to celebrate the club and the achievements of its members, including our incredible BUCS teams, our dedicated coaching team, and of course all our amazing members that make everything possible - not to forget our warriors of Cardio of course 😆 Things to look forward to on the night include: - 🍽️ A 3-course Christmas Dinner put on by the wonderful Mercure Hotel - 🏅 An awards ceremony to celebrate the entirety of the club - 📸 A Photo Booth and photographer to help capture every moment 😄 - 🕺 An after-party at Castle Street and Timepiece for those who wish to rock on into the night! The dress code for this event is BLACK TIE! The reception will start from 7pm where you will receive a drink on arrival, and the dinner will start from 8pm. We will also be putting on an after party at Castle Street and Timepiece for which we will give out wristbands at the dinner! In total the dinner will cost £45.95, not including the after party. Our tickets will be on sale for everyone on Tuesday at 6pm. For this event we will be making a waitlist to ensure ticket access is as fair as possible for everyone. If you miss the ticket drop then please send a message to us on Instagram and we will add you to the waitlist. We are also implementing the following AU tennis club refund policy: i) If a student is no longer able to attend the event outside of 5 days before the event, follow step v) to request a normal refund. Do not transfer a ticket to another person otherwise your ticket may be cancelled. ii) Refunds within 5 days before the event will only be issued in cases where a student is unable to attend due to circumstances outside of their control and can provide adequate evidence of such circumstances. Refunds will not be available for changes in personal availability. Acceptable Grounds for Refund Refunds within 5 days before the event will only be considered under the following circumstances: iii) Medical illness or injury Students who cannot attend due to illness or injury must provide a doctor’s note or other medical documentation specifying the condition and any restrictions of participation iv) Family emergency In cases of a serious family emergency, students may request a refund by providing relevant documentation that clearly demonstrates the situation Request Process v) All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] prior to the event vi) We will not accept refund requests on the day of the event.
