The Cagebirds

The Cagebirds by David Campton, adapted and directed by Harry Daisley. In this one-act allegorical play, six "birds" live in a "cage", each absorbed in their own petty interest and in placating the "Master" who takes care of them. Then a "Wild One" is thrust in among them, who talks of breaking out of the room to find freedom. Doors open at 7:00pm Show starts at 7:30pm Approximate running time: 1 hour and 20 minutes.
