Headline show with full Live Band Taloula (Album Launch) Support Kaisha Caleb Kunle Taloula An independent singer, songwriter & producer. She always knew that her life would be all about music. Her mother was a singer and often performed when she was pregnant with her therefore believes she was singing before she was born. At 12 years old, She started to play guitar and piano, self-taught. Previously known under a different name and after a huge career in France, Taloula decided to shift completely and come back to her roots. Now, after some time of soul searching, she is ready to start the next chapter of her creative life and reveal the artist she truly is. After working for some months with London based producer Linden Jay (Rejjie Snow, Doja Cat, Sinéad Harnett…) and mastering engineer Prash ‘Engine-Earz’ Mistry (Jorja Smith, Kali Uchis, Maverick Sabre...), Taloula released her first EP “The Evolution of Taloula” in December 2021. This EP also include tracks written and produced by Taloula herself. In 2023, Taloula released 2 singles ‘DANGER’ featuring Jackson Mathod (produced by Taloula) and ‘M3TAMORPHIN’’ her last single produced by Alessandro Ionna and co-written by Caleb Kunle. Her upcoming album will be released in November 2023 on Bamboo Recordings. Kaisha "An artist to make sure she’s on your radar... if she isn’t already!" Victoria Jane, BBC Radio 1 Born and bred in Malaysia, the Brighton-based singer and songwriter. Her third EP, Nine Yards released in March 2023 explores modern relationships, self-discovery, and anxiety, offering a fresh and introspective take on R&B and Soul. “Amazingly talented” Theo Johnson, BBC 1Xtra Caleb Kunle Drawing inspiration from the three cities he calls home, Lagos, Laois and London. The trio guide his exploration of balance and heritage , self-love. His exploration sounds like Soul, Folk, Jazz and something beyond. As Nina Simone says “between a few worlds, I do belong”.
