T2W8 EGGESFORD WALKS!

Join OODS on our latest adventure across the beautiful Devon countryside. This walk is a stunning balance of local villages and beautiful rolling countryside. It is a beautiful area, allowing you to embrace the wildness of nature with a gorgeous view. This is not one to be missed. OODS STRONGLY ADVISES SUITABLE FOOTWEAR SUCH AS HIKING BOOTS. OODS HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO THE EVENT FOR UNSAFE FOOTWEAR. OODS STRONGLY ADVISES BRINGING WEATHER APPROPRIATE CLOTHING. The Basics: This is a public transport walk, which will use the train/rail replacement bus to get to Eggesford. Members pay ONLY their transport. Non-members pay more! Walk A: EGGESFORD TO LAPFORD Length: 8 miles / 13 kilometres - Moderate. Terrain: Moderate. Walk A need to meet outside Exeter St David's Station at 09:15 to catch the 09:27 train. DO NOT BE LATE, THE TRAIN WON'T WAIT! Walk B: EGGESFORD CIRCULAR Length: 6 miles / 9.5 kilometres - Moderate Terrain: Moderate Walk B needs to meet outside Exeter St Davids at 10:15 for the 10:26 train. DO NOT BE LATE, THE TRAIN WON'T WAIT! Both walks will be back in Exeter before 18:30. What to bring: You MUST wear suitable footwear and bring weather appropriate clothing (Waterproofs, hats, sun cream, etc.). OODS reserves the right to reject attendees wearing unsafe footwear/clothing. Please bring a lunch and water, as well as snacks.
