Come and see what a rehearsal is like with the Exeter University Symphony Orchestra on Tuesday 24th September in Kay House! We will be playing through some Tchaikovsky and Weber conducted by our professional conductor Tim Pithers. There will also be an opportunity to meet our committee and ask us any questions you might have about the orchestra, auditions, performances, etc.. Please get your free FIXR ticket here so that we have an idea of numbers for providing sheet music, but if you don't have a ticket you are still very welcome to join us on the day! Make sure that you bring your own instrument to the taster rehearsal.
If you have trouble finding us or the door is locked when you get to Kay House (unfortunately the building requires committee card access) then just email us at [email protected] or message us on Instagram or Facebook and someone will come and find you! There will be a walking bus from outside the forum, leaving at 6:30pm.
We like to ensure that our rehearsals are accessible and enjoyable for everyone, so if there is anything we can do to make this taster more accessible to you, please fill out this quick form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=d10qkZj77k6vMhM02PBKU2hrJbp3B8dCqFp_AQz4bZFUM1pNMkI3WDMyUzc5MUhRVjdYQjExSEFGSi4u
If you have any questions before the rehearsal, feel free to email our president Hannah at [email protected]. We look forward to meeting you soon!
