Kick off the winter season with health & wellness that keeps you zen! Join our free weekly yoga classes hosted by our yogi, Ingrid! All are welcome to join this immersive movement experience, perfect for all levels. Meet new people and engage in a weekly wellness class made to give you a boost to get you through the week! Yoga Mats will not be provided, however rental mats are available but they are limited so please do bring your own. We will meet in the 113 Loop Street lobby before each class and then head to the area where our classes take place.
