That’s right, Silent Events is taking the music into the vineyards, inviting you to join us as we wine, dine and bust out of line at the 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙀𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚. Meerendal is a sprawling wine farm just twenty minutes from Cape Town where a three-hundred-year legacy of excellence produces some of the best vintages you can find in a bottle. Meerendal is a verdant, luscious space with over one hundred and fifty thousand vines dotting the hillsides, where luxury dining and wine tasting await those with a refined palette. And for the rest of us who lack that refinement, boy can it host a good party! While the sun sets and the ground is still warm, you can dig your feet into the soil and dance amongst the pre-wine (that’s grapes for us unrefined types) to your very own choice of music. Think upbeat new-age house, disco, and techno dance music to get you throwing it down the vineyards. 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡: You can expect smooth, groovy afro-house and deep house, with DJ Sapo giving you those heavy downbeats to get you dropping it low and picking it right up.
