This will be a unique experience tailored around body positivity, applying therapeutic yoga tools and practices around getting to know your body, learning to communicate and tend to it.
Followed by a 15 minute mindfulness session by Lucy - President of Conscious Edinburgh and concluding in a soothing cup of tea.
