Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the Campus Cinema is hosting a special screening of one of the seminal films of the 1980s. Wim Wender’s visually stunning and emotionally devastating masterpiece tells the story of Travis Henderson, a man who has reached a point where he has no purpose in his life, aimlessly wandering the vast Texan desert. He is picked up by his brother, who attempts to reintegrate Travis into society. Travis will have to overcome his past shortcomings and mistakes in order to try and mend the relationships he thought he might never get back. This is a film that everyone should experience at least once. A truly unforgettable cinematic experience.
