The Tale of Rosie O’Reilly
Rosie O’Reilly was born with a spark in her soul and a pint in her hand – well, almost. Hailing from a small village on the wild west coast of Ireland, Rosie grew up surrounded by laughter, stories, and music that spilled out from the local pub where her family had gathered for generations. It was in this lively setting that young Rosie learned to love the spirit of a good bar – not just the drinks, but the friendships and memories made with every clink of a glass.
As she got older, Rosie began traveling the world, exploring cities from Dublin to New York, and Paris to Sydney, all the while picking up recipes, stories, and friends along the way. She knew she wanted to bring a bit of Ireland with her, something a little wild, and a lot of fun. After years of adventuring, she decided it was time to put down roots. But she didn’t just want to open any old bar – she wanted a place where the good times never stopped, where anyone could walk in and feel like family. And so, Rosie O’Reilly’s was born.
This isn’t just a bar; it’s an experience. At Rosie O’Reilly’s, the Guinness flows like it does back in Dublin – some even say it’s the best in town. Rosie’s stocked the bar with the finest Irish whiskeys and crafted a cocktail menu inspired by her travels, mixing old Irish classics with modern twists. And the music? Well, that’s a story of its own. From traditional Irish fiddles to lively folk bands, the tunes here are meant to be danced to – yes, even on the benches! Rosie’s motto? “If you’re not dancing on the furniture, you’re not doing it right.”
