Neve's Flow (Heel's Optional) - 3:15pm Tuesday

15:15 - 16:45 Tuesday 13/02/2024 Neve’s Flow classes are for individuals who have some pole and/or dance experience. These classes combine dance and beginner-returner pole moves in a routine choreographed and taught by one of our Choreography Secretaries, Neve. Kneepads are recommended for these classes. Heels Optional classes allow for attendees to bring along their pole heels (we recommend Pleaser or Hella Heels brands). However, heels are not a requirement and attendees are welcome to enjoy the class without.
