Neve's Flow 10:00 am Friday

Neve’s Flow classes are for individuals who have some pole and/or dance experience. These classes combine dance and beginner-returner pole moves in a routine choreographed and taught by one of our Choreography Secretaries, Neve. Kneepads are recommended for these classes.
