Mind Body Boost is a programme facilitated by Trinity Sport that combines mental wellbeing with physical activity for Trinity students.
MBB is designed to assist participants in developing positive health habits regarding their physical and mental wellbeing. The 6-week custom-designed fitness and mental intervention involves one session per week, during which students participate in 45 minutes of psychoeducation (through mindfulness and mental training) followed by 45 minutes of physical activity and exercise.
MBB begins on Tuesday the 12th of March, and will be delivered by experts from Trinity Sport and TCD Counselling in Trinity Hall.
