We touch down in Liverpool @MANSION Nightclub on Friday 9th Feb to kick off LNY festivities. // MUSIC - We've put together the most talented Asian DJs to guide you through the night. Urban Music / Hiphop / EDM / CPOP / KPOP DJ LENDO 22 years old, plays in one of the largest Asian community in the Benelux. He was born in The Hague, the Netherlands, but his roots are in Hong Kong and Indonesia. He grew up in The Hague. From an early age he has always had a great interest in music. His inspiration comes from funky groovy sounds. He developed this further in his high school period. What started as a hobby with playing in a restaurant, has now grown into a much sought-after DJ in the Asian community. He is now also working outside the Asian community. DJ Lendo has experience in various clubs in the Benelux; such as Thalia, Munch, Maassilo, IKON and going International in England. DJ Lendo knows what music does to the audience and therefore often connects with the audience. Thanks to his creativity, DJ Lendo mixes different genres into a unique sound and lets his audience enjoy it intensively. DJ JOHN MASAKI John Masaki is currently the resident DJ and music director of Electric Cube and Horizon Events UK, a British-Asian entertainment groups based in Edinburgh, Scotland. With the advantage of industrial connection and years of experience, Electric Cube was awarded as the exclusive UK representative of ULTRA Europe Music Festival since 2020, John has also became one their first official asian artist under the rider. John Masaki established his music production as a free art, elegantly throwing together unexpected elements with his personal twist. His vision of dance music is continuously evolving and inspiring from a broad spectrum of modern dance music to a passionate focus on tech house, melodic house, progressive to moombahton and trap. This should credited to his exchange experience at Amsterdam between 2015-2019. His events and DJ style are highly versatile and are known for their infectious, energetic vibe. With “creating distinctive memories for everyone” as his core approach towards music, he aims to unite people with his kinetic tunes. Today, John is a mainstage artist with at least a decade of experience in the dance music industry. Known for his open format style and remixes, John has played at some of the major venues and festivals globally, including Ministry of Sound London and Ultra Music Festival Europe at Croatia. All these experience has allowed him to perform along with many superstars and top100 artists in the world. In addition to his work as a DJ, John is also a talent agent, and have collaborated with artists from Asia by releasing numerous successful bootlegs and remixes. John Masaki aims to push the boundaries and experimenting with new sounds to keep his live sets fresh and exciting for audiences.
