LRFS25 Fun Run

Leeds RAG Fashion Show will be hosting a charity 'fun run' on Saturday the 30th November at 11am to fundraise for the 3 organisations being supported by the show: National mental health charity 'Mind', Domestic violence charity 'Leeds women's aid' and homelessness charity 'Leeds Emmaus'. As a fashion show event we expect you to get fun and creative with your outfits with tutus, funky hats and even costumes. Whether you have never ran before or are a frequent marathon runner, this 'fun run' will be a very chilled and sociable 5k to raise money for amazing causes so come along feeling generous! Expect a welcoming community with no pressure to be the fastest and then get down to Old Bar afterwards for a reward (whether that is a coffee or a mid-morning pint! 🍻) Details: - Meet at Leeds University Union (foyer) at 11am to sign in for an 11:15am start - All participants must donate upon sign in with cash or transfer - Stewards and signs will be there to guide you but familiarise yourself with the route prior - it's a simple loop! - We will walk to the start line together (the entrance to the Park - Wellington's statue) - From here you will run down the left clockwise around the Park - Once you get to Peel's statue you take a sharp right towards the square and back round right to the start from Victoria's memorial - You do 3 laps of this then down back to the start line to finish! - Then head back to the union for a sociable coffee/ pint Screw the Otley run, get your best outfits on for Leeds RAG park run!!
