Courtauld Fem Soc are organising a visit to SOAS' International Women's Day 2025 event, Iranian Women: Voices Unbound. In celebration of International Women’s Day 2025, Iranian Women: Voices Unbound brings together Iranian women artists, performers, musicians, and speakers to illuminate both the triumphs and challenges faced by Iranian women, both within Iran and across the diaspora. At a time when their voices are more vital than ever, this event creates a space for reflection, artistic expression, and dialogue, exploring themes of resistance, identity, and the transformative power of storytelling. Through live performances, compelling discussions, and artistic showcases, the event highlights the pivotal role of Iranian women in shaping cultural and social change. Their art and activism continue to challenge boundaries, reclaim narratives, and inspire new generations. The afternoon will include a networking drinks and canapé reception, offering guests the chance to connect with speakers, artists, and fellow attendees in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
