Intermediate Yoga Class with Georgie

Hi, I'm Georgie. I did my yoga teacher training this summer in Rishikesh, India. I'm excited to start teaching, in my classes I'm hoping to introduce a strong mindfulness element and incorporate that into hatha and vinyasa style classes.
