what better way to celebrate a sunday, than with a self-care sunday! here’s everything that’s included in our self-care Sunday: 🧘🏼‍♀️ 45 min yoga class by @rebeccafoulkesyoga - 45 min sound bath by @louiseweirwellbeing 💗 15 min breath work by @louiseweirwellbeing - we will provide blankets for the sound bath & breath work so you don’t get cold 🍵wellness tea 💓 optional add on of a thermal journey at @hopestreethtlspa for a discounted price (exclusively for you girls!) The venue is wheelchair accessible and tickets are £30 or £85 with the thermal journey add-on (usually over £100!) we are super excited about this workshop & cannot wait to spend next sunday together! 🌿 This event is exclusively for anyone who identifies as a woman. Please be aware that tickets are non-refundable, unless we cancel the event ourselves.
