Girls-only Spin class

we are so excited to bring you our first spin class of the year at Ryde Studios! Join us for a 45 minute, beginner friendly spin class! Each ticket includes a spin class, a protein shake (choose from strawberry, banana and vanilla protein oat milk OR blueberry, peanut butter and chocolate protein oat milk) and a mini social to get to know each other and make new (sweaty) friends! This event is exclusively for anyone who identifies as a woman. Please be aware that tickets are non-refundable, unless we cancel the event ourselves. By purchasing a ticket means you consent to GOTG taking videos and pictures of the event to post on our social media pages. Please contact our instagram directly or in person on the day if you would like to not have any pictures/videos taken.
